Approved freelance agents can refer genuine buyers or tenants to specific published properties using an assigned agent code. Use the live Real Agent listing for the property facts rather than creating a different version of the property outside the platform.

Real Agent keeps control of listing screening, verification, publication, protected contact release and approved commission decisions. A referral does not give an agent authority to change a property's building status, availability, price or other material information.

Your code becomes useful after approval

A provisional code may be generated when you apply, but referral attribution is valid only after Real Agent approves the agent. Once approved, keep referrals accurate and do not promise completion, verification, publication or transaction outcomes that Real Agent has not confirmed.
