Find the property that fits. Understand what you are looking at.
Real Agent uses the same property structure when someone lists and when you search — property class, type, use, building status, current occupancy where relevant, location and practical details. That means less guessing and fewer important facts buried in advert text.
Start with what the property really is. Real Agent shows only relevant follow-up fields, screens the submission and keeps publication as a separate review decision.

More than a collection of property adverts.
Real Agent separates the facts about a property from the stages that move a listing or transaction forward. A listing can be accurately structured without being verified; a payment can be confirmed without buying approval; and a clean automated screening result can move a listing forward without publishing it automatically.
For building completion we use two clear states only: Ready for Occupancy or Under Construction. Under-construction properties can carry expected availability, reservation, payment, handover and disclosure information so you know you are looking at a future space rather than a completed one.
Owners and authorised parties enter structured property and location information instead of mixing unrelated facts together.
Required image and content checks look for misleading, generated, materially altered or unsuitable material. Uncertainty goes to human review.
Real Agent keeps approval, verification and publication under controlled review. Automation does not publish a property.
Viewings, applicable fees, protected introductions, offers and transaction support move forward in their proper sequence.
