What Real Agent is

Real Agent is the official real estate listing platform and property marketplace of Real Option Properties Ltd. It gives people a structured way to list, search, review, view and progress property opportunities while keeping important stages such as verification, payment, contact release and publication under controlled workflows.

A clearer property structure

We separate information that is often mixed together on property adverts. A listing may identify its property class, property type, subtype, principal use, building completion status, transaction arrangement, current occupancy where relevant, physical details and location. The same structure is used in search so people can look for the information that was actually captured rather than relying only on free-text descriptions.

Building completion status is intentionally simple: a property is either Ready for Occupancy or Under Construction. We do not present intermediate construction stages as separate completion classifications. Under-construction listings may include an expected availability date, whether advance reservation is permitted, payment terms, handover or occupancy terms and material construction disclosures.

Screening helps us decide what needs review

Listing content and property images may be checked for prohibited or inappropriate content, AI-generated property imagery, material AI enhancement, misleading visuals, image quality and other integrity concerns. Automated checks are designed to fail closed. If a required check is missing, unavailable, ambiguous, contradictory or raises a concern, the listing is routed to human review.

A complete passing automated screening result only makes the listing eligible to move forward in the review process. It does not publish the property, verify title or replace a human publication decision.

What Real Agent is not

A listing is not a promise that a property is perfect, dispute-free or suitable for you. Real Agent does not replace your own legal, survey, valuation, planning, tax, engineering, financial or other professional advice. Where we show a verification status, it applies only to the checks and evidence we specifically completed or describe.

Your information must be truthful

If you submit a property, document, image, offer, identity detail or other information, you must have the right to do so and it must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not use generated, materially altered, outdated or selectively presented imagery in a way that could make a property appear materially different from reality.

Contact between parties

Real Agent may protect direct contact details until the applicable fee, viewing, verification or transaction stage has been satisfied. Attempts to bypass that control, including hiding contact details in listing descriptions or media, may cause content or account restrictions.

Fees and publication

Paying a listing fee pays for the applicable listing service. It does not buy verification, approval or publication. After payment, a listing can still require screening, corrections, supporting evidence or human review before any publication decision is made.

Property principal payment coordination

Where Real Agent coordinates a property transaction payment, Real Agent does not hold or take custody of the transaction principal as its own or as customer funds. This applies to property-sale proceeds, rent and lease consideration. The principal amount is for the verified principal beneficiary identified by the transaction and supporting ownership or authority records.

Real Agent may use payment, bank-account verification and disbursement providers to coordinate that movement of money. A beneficiary account may need to pass account verification and identity matching before payment can progress. For a sale, the principal beneficiary will normally be the verified title holder or another verified authorised recipient. For rent or lease, the beneficiary may be the verified owner, landlord, lessor or another party whose authority to receive that payment has been verified. If the beneficiary identity, authority records or payment information do not align, the transaction may be paused for review.

Any Real Agent commission is separate from sale, rent or lease principal and should be disclosed in the transaction record. Where configured, eligible portions of that commission may be distributed to approved Agents, Leads or Referees. Those allocations do not give those parties a claim to the principal beneficiary's property proceeds.

Account and platform safety

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account or access link. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

Intellectual property and submitted materials

The Real Agent name, platform design, software, databases, original text, graphics and other proprietary platform materials are owned by or licensed to Real Option Properties Ltd. Property owners, Listing Partners and other contributors retain the rights they lawfully hold in photographs, documents, descriptions, trademarks and other materials they submit. By submitting material, you grant us the rights reasonably needed to host, process, screen, review, reproduce, format and display it for operating, securing and promoting the applicable Real Agent service.

Liability and transactions

We will perform the services we agree to provide with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that another party will complete a transaction, obtain finance, meet a deadline, honour a representation or satisfy obligations that sit outside Real Agent's verified records and controlled processes.

Changes

We may update these terms when the platform, law or our procedures change. Where a change requires renewed acceptance, Real Agent may ask you to accept the current version before continuing with a relevant workflow.
