Real Agent is built to make property information easier to understand without pretending property transactions are simple. These pages explain how listings are structured, screened, reviewed and verified, how payments and viewings work, and what remains your responsibility.
What has improved
Listings and searches now use the same property structure, including property class, type, subtype, principal use, building completion status, current occupancy where relevant, location references and practical building details. Under-construction disclosures carry separate availability, reservation, payment, handover and disclosure information.
Property imagery and listing content can also go through automated checks. Those checks are deliberately fail-closed: a missing result, unavailable check, uncertainty, contradiction or concern sends the listing to human review. A clean automated result can make a listing eligible for approval, but it never publishes a property by itself.
Property-payment information is also clearer. Real Agent coordinates sale proceeds, rent and lease consideration to the verified principal beneficiary and does not hold or take custody of that principal. Real Agent commission is separate, disclosed and auditable, and may be distributed under configured rules to eligible Agents, Leads or Referees.
