Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
The conduct Real Agent will restrict to protect property owners, seekers, agents and the integrity of transactions.
Do not use Real Agent to deceive people
Prohibited behaviour includes fake or duplicate property listings, forged or altered documents, impersonation, false ownership claims, deceptive prices, hidden mandatory charges, fabricated verification claims and attempts to collect money through unauthorised channels.
Do not bypass safety controls
Do not hide phone numbers or email addresses in listing descriptions to defeat controlled contact release. Do not attempt to access another person's private documents, account, transaction, inspection or payment information.
Do not abuse the platform
Automated scraping that harms service availability, malware, security testing without permission, harassment, threats, discrimination prohibited by law and use of Real Agent for unlawful activity are not allowed.
What we may do
We may remove content, pause a transaction, preserve records, restrict an account, require additional verification or report conduct where appropriate. We try to act proportionately, but urgent protective action may happen before a full review is complete.
