Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
Real Agent works best when property information, images and transaction details can be trusted for what they actually say.
Do not use Real Agent to deceive people
Prohibited behaviour includes fake or duplicate property listings, forged or altered documents, impersonation, false ownership or authority claims, deceptive prices, hidden mandatory charges, fabricated verification claims, false availability dates and attempts to collect money through unauthorised channels.
Property images must represent the real property fairly
Do not present AI-generated property imagery as a real photograph of the listed property. Do not materially enhance, remove, add or alter features in a way that could change a reasonable person's impression of the property. Misleading crops, old photographs presented as current, images from another property and edits that hide material defects are also not acceptable.
Normal adjustments that help an image display clearly, such as reasonable resizing, compression or modest correction that does not change what the property materially looks like, are different from deceptive alteration.
Classify the property honestly
Do not deliberately choose a property class, type, subtype, principal use, building status, occupancy arrangement or location that does not match the property. A property still under construction must not be presented as Ready for Occupancy, and expected availability or reservation conditions must not be invented or concealed.
Do not bypass safety controls
Do not hide phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp details or external contact instructions inside descriptions or media to defeat controlled contact release. Do not attempt to access another person's private documents, account, transaction, viewing or payment information.
Do not abuse the platform
Automated scraping that harms service availability, malware, security testing without permission, harassment, threats, discrimination prohibited by law and use of Real Agent for unlawful activity are not allowed.
How screening is used
Real Agent may use automated and human checks to identify prohibited content, generated or materially altered property imagery, misleading visuals, poor-quality images and other integrity concerns. Automated checks are fail-closed: uncertainty or missing evidence is sent to human review rather than treated as a pass.
What we may do
We may remove content, pause a listing or transaction, preserve records, restrict an account, ask for replacement media or supporting evidence, require additional verification or report conduct where appropriate. Urgent protective action may happen before a full review is complete.
