Listing Partner Terms

Who may apply

The programme is intended for suitable small and medium-scale property or estate firms, legal firms, legal practitioners and professional estate managers. Real Agent may verify professional, business, identity or contact information before approval and may reject, suspend or withdraw approval where appropriate.

What Listing Partner means

“Listing Partner” is a Real Agent programme designation for approved professionals or firms that may introduce credible property opportunities and, after attribution, provide limited supporting assistance. It is not a tenancy, legal or business partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, franchise, legal retainer, fiduciary relationship or co-ownership arrangement with Real Option Properties Ltd.

Work with the same property structure

Where Real Agent provides fields for a Listing Partner contribution, the Partner should use the same structured property information used by owners and marketplace search: property class, type, subtype, principal use, building completion status, transaction arrangement, current occupancy where relevant, location and physical details.

If a correction is proposed, it should describe the property more accurately rather than trying to make it look more attractive in search. A property that is still Under Construction must not be changed to Ready for Occupancy without reliable supporting evidence and Real Agent approval.

What an approved Listing Partner may do after attribution

Where Real Agent has attributed an approved Listing Partner to a listing, the Partner may view the status of that attributed listing, see change requests addressed to it, submit supporting documents or media for review, respond to a Real Agent change request, and propose factual corrections within the fields Real Agent makes available.

These actions are contributions for review only. A document, image, response or proposed correction does not become verified merely because a Listing Partner submitted it. The authoritative listing is changed only through Real Agent's normal moderation process.

Screening and review still apply

Partner-supplied images and content may go through the same integrity and quality checks as other listing material. A flag, ambiguity, unavailable check or other concern can send the contribution or listing to human review. A Listing Partner cannot override a screening result, verification decision or publication control.

What a Listing Partner may not do

A Listing Partner cannot publish or verify a listing, bind Real Option Properties Ltd, conclude transactions for Real Agent, change price or other commercial terms, receive funds for Real Agent, represent itself as an officer or employee of the company, mark title documents as verified, change the lawful principal, alter payment or bank details, accept or reject offers for Real Agent, or directly edit the authoritative listing record.

Supporting documents and media

Partner-supplied evidence is stored separately from owner-submitted legal documents where appropriate and remains subject to Real Agent review. Real Agent may retain source, uploader, listing, Partner, time, file-integrity, screening and audit information for security, verification, moderation and dispute handling.

Property imagery must fairly represent the real property. AI-generated property imagery presented as real, material AI enhancement that changes what the property appears to be, or other misleading visual presentation is not acceptable.

Property authority remains separate

A Listing Partner must have any authority required from the property owner, landlord, seller, estate, client or other lawful principal before supplying property information or documents. Listing Partner approval or attribution is not evidence that this authority exists, and Real Agent may request proof at any time.

Listings remain under Real Agent control

Every submitted property remains subject to applicable fees, screening, verification, moderation and publication decisions. A Listing Partner code, attribution or contribution does not guarantee acceptance, verification, publication, viewing, transaction completion or commercial reward.

Professional independence

Legal practitioners and legal firms participate in their independent professional capacity. Listing Partner status does not appoint them as legal counsel to Real Option Properties Ltd or Real Agent. Professional estate managers and property firms likewise remain independently responsible for duties owed to their own clients and principals.

Commercial arrangements

No commission, fee, revenue share or other payment is created merely by becoming a Listing Partner, receiving an attribution or making a contribution. Any compensation must be expressly approved and recorded by Real Agent under a separate applicable arrangement.

Conduct and information

Listing Partners must provide information honestly, protect confidential information and personal data, and avoid presenting unverified title, ownership, legal status, price, location, availability or transaction terms as confirmed facts.

Suspension and termination

Real Agent may suspend or end Listing Partner participation where information is misleading, authority is disputed, platform rules are breached, professional standing becomes uncertain, activity creates unacceptable risk, or continued participation is otherwise inappropriate. A suspended or rejected Partner loses normal Listing Partner workspace permissions.
