Help good property information arrive clearly

Listing Partners can introduce credible property opportunities and, after attribution, help provide supporting facts, documents, images or proposed corrections. Eligible applicants include suitable property or estate firms, legal firms, legal practitioners and professional estate managers.

Real Agent uses the same structured property facts for listing and search. A Partner can help improve those facts where permitted, but every contribution remains subject to the owner or lawful principal's authority and Real Agent review.

Listing Partner is a platform programme role, not a tenancy or legal business partnership. Approval does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, legal retainer, fiduciary relationship or authority to bind Real Option Properties Ltd.

Your role has a clear boundary

A Listing Partner may introduce or support property listings only within permissions expressly granted by Real Agent and the property owner or lawful principal. Partner-submitted images and information may be screened and sent for human review. Partner status does not let you publish, verify, change authoritative property facts directly, receive funds for Real Agent, or override a screening or moderation decision.
